B) TO INITIATE, RESEARCH AND DEVELOP THE CULTURAL HERITAGE OF SOMALI PEOPLE; INITIATING PROJECTS SUCH AS TRAINING PROGRAMMES IN NEW TECHNOLOGY IN PARTNERSHIPS WITH PRIVATE OR STATUTORY AGENCIES, IN UK. HELPING IN UPHOLDING GOOD PRACTICE IN DEVELOPMENT. SENSITISING GOVERNMENTS AND POPULATION(S) TO ADAPT EASY TO USE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY WAYS TO BUILD CAPACITY FOR COMMUNITY ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT TO DEVELOP SOCIALLY, AND ECONOMICALLY. C) THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT FOR WOMEN WHO LACK ACCESS TO ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OR LACK OF PARTICIPATION DUE TO SOCIAL EXCLUSION. TO ESTABLISH LOCALLY BASED COMMITTEES OF TRAINING AND ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT, IN AREAS OF ENGLAND WHERE THERE ARE LARGE NUMBERS OF SOMALI PEOPLE. D) THE RELIEF FOR CHILDREN OR YOUTHS WHO NEED PREPARATION FOR COMPETITION IN SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC ACTIVITY E) TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF PEOPLE OF SOMALI DECENT PARTICULARLY IN THE ASPECTS OF WELFARE TO WORK, JOB-SEARCH AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE. HELPING COMPANIES AND ORGANISATIONS DEVELOP EQUALITY POLICIES. F) TO ENSURE THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING AND ENTERPRISE CENTRES FOR THE SOMALI ECONOMIC ACTIVITY. G) TO ENSURE THAT THE SOMALI COMMUNITY TAKES PART AND PARTICIPATES WITH REGENERATION PROGRAMMES AT EVERY LOCAL LEVEL.
