Dogfen lywodraethu
Manylion am y math o ddogfen lywodraethu sydd gan yr elusen a phan y'i sefydlwyd. Nid dyma destun llawn dogfen lywodraethu'r elusen.
CONSTITUTION ADOPTED 17 SEPTEMBER 2003 AS AMENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2004 as amended on 01 Nov 2020
Gwrthrychau elusennol
a) The relief of poverty and preservation and protection of good health and the advancement of education of persons in the need of such assistance living in the Rudel Village and surrounding areas/villages of India.
b) The provision of facilities and recreation and leisure time activities for the said persons in the interests of social welfare, with objects of improving their conditions of life.
c) to provide welfare advice and support, services etc to the village and surrounding areas;
d) to provide facilities for education, health, housing, village development, training and recreation for children and adults;
e) to promote healthy living, economic advancement, social development, environmental improvement of the village and surrounding areas;
f) to establish a centre to promote these objects;
g) to promote good community relations among the village communities and other communities in the area
h) to advance the Hindu faith and religion (also known as Sanatana Dharma) in the village of Rudel and everywhere for the benefit of the public through The provision of places of worship, the holding of prayer meetings, lectures, public celebrations of Hindu religious festivals, producing and/or distributing literature on Hindu faith and religion (also known as Sanatana Dharma) to enlighten about Hindu faith and religion (also known as Sanatana Dharma).
