TO PROMOTE THE WELL BEING OF THE INHABITANTS RESIDENT IN TIPTON IN THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF SADWELL, WEST MIDLANDS (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE 'NEIGHBOURHOOD') WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF AGE, SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, NATIONALITY, ETHNIC OR NATIONAL ORIGINS, RACE, COLOUR, MARITAL STATUS, DISABILITY, POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS BELIEFS BY ASSOCIATING WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITY, VOLUNTARY GROUPS AND RESIDENTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION, MORAL AND INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION TO FOSTER A COMMUNITY SPIRIT FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THESE AND OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTIVES AND TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS; TO SECURE, MANAGE AND MAINTAIN THE ESTABLISHMENT KNOW AS BROOK STREET COMMUNITY CENTRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE CENTRE') AND TO CO-OPERATE WITH ANY LOCAL STATUTORY AUTHORITIES OR AUTHORITY IN THE MANAGEMENT AND THE MAINTENANCE OF SUCH CENTRE FOR THE ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE ORGANISATION IN THE FURTHERANCE OF THESE AIMS AND OBJECTIVES. THE ORGANISATION SHALL HAVE THE POWER TO AFFILIATE TO OTHER ORGANISATIONS WITH SIMILAR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES.
