THE PROVISION, IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION AMONG THE BENEFICIARIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. 3. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE UK PUBLIC IN ISSUES AFFECTING AFRICA, INCLUDING BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION THE SUBJECT OF 'FAMINEã AND ASSOCIATED DANGERS, BY PUBLIC LECTURES AND OUTREACH PROJECTS AT SCHOOLS, COLLEGES, UNIVERSITIES AND OTHER VENUES.
