The objective is to improve the lives of the over 50's in Nottingham in relation to a variety of activities. We aim to be a representative body where decisions are being made about older people so their voices can not only be heard but also listened to. We aim to prevent loneliness and isolation through various social, sporting and educational activities,day trips, holidays plus newsletters,
