I) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, EDUCATION, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS BY ALL CHARITABLE MEANS; AND II) TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION IN THE UNITED KINGDOM BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY. III) THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT: AND IIII) TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE USE OF RESOURCES FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES BY CHARITABLE AND NON-CHARITABLE BODIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.
