1. Objects
1.1 The Objects of the Charity are for the public benefit:
1.1.1 to increase the sustainability of the built environment by improving the way it is planned, designed, constructed, maintained, operated, modified and replaced;
1.1.2 to advance the education of the public in the sustainability, conservation, protection and improvement of the built environment; and
1.1.3 to promote the sustainability, conservation, protection and improvement of the built environment.
1.2 This provision may be amended by Special Resolution but only with the prior written consent of the Commission.
