Patrols every Friday and Saturday on the streets of Winchester, 10pm and 3:30am Provision of items to improve the safety, health and condition of people the Pastors meet; Giving of time and listening and talking with people; Provision of practical advice and support where requested; Providing care and support to people whilst they enjoy their evenings out and find their way home.
