The Charity's objects are restricted specifically in each case only for the public benefit:
i. To prevent and relieve poverty by providing in particular but not limited to a range of legal services, case work and representation for the Community;
ii. To advance education of people and to empower them to understand their rights by providing in particular but not limited to public legal education in addition to case work; and
iii. To advance such charitable purposes (according to the law of England and Wales) as the trustees in their absolute discretion from time to time determine.
