THE PROVISION OF OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION, LEARNING, OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE A NEED OF SUCH FACILITY BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AND/OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION AND QUALITY OF LIFE. 3. TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A MUSEUM TO PROVIDE THE PUBLIC WITH ACCESS TO CHURCH FARM AND ITS COLLECTIONS TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF AGRICULTURE AND SOCIAL HISTORY GENERALLY WITH FOCUS ON THE CULTURE AND HERITAGE OF AGRICULTURE IN DAYS GONE BY
