(1)TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES OF THE 'THIRTY-NINE ARTICLES OF RELIGION' OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND, AS SET OUT IN THE 'BOOK OF COMMON PRAYER'. (2)TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THROUGH:(A) OPERATION OF A PRE-SCHOOL ENHANCING THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE THROUGH APPROPRIATE PLAY, EDUCATION AND CARE FACILITIES;(B) PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL SCHOOLS, ENHANCING THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF SCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN THROUGH SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATIONAL AND LIFE SKILLS ACTIVITIES; (C) PROVISION OF LIFE-SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FOR ADULTS. (3)TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS. (4)THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF AGE, ILL-HEALTH, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, POOR EDUCATIONAL OR SKILLS ATTAINMENT, RELATIONSHIP OR FAMILY BREAKDOWN, OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE BY PROVIDING SERVICES OR FACILITIES DESIGNED TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PERSONS.
