TO RELIEVE POVERTY, WITH PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE NEEDS OF MINORITY ETHNIC COMMUNITIES AND REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF: A) EDUCATION, TRAINING, WORKSHOPS, HEALTHCARE PROJECTS AND ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPORT DESIGNED TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO INTEGRATE EFFECTIVELY AND LIVE INDEPENDENTLY. B) FREE INFORMATION, ADVICE AND GUIDANCE TO MINORITY ETHNIC PERSONS WHO, THROUGH LACK OF MEANS, WOULD OTHERWISE BE UNABLE TO OBTAIN SUCH ADVICE. 2. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT WITH PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE NEEDS OF MINORITY ETHNIC COMMUNITIES, REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS WITH A VIEW TO DEVELOPING THEIR MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND MORAL CAPABILITIES. 3. TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG MINORITY ETHNIC COMMUNITIES AND REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC POSITION BY PROVIDING: A) ASSISTANCE TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY; B) INTERPRETATION SERVICES; AND C) EDUCATION, ADVOCACY AND ADVICE. 4. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN AFRICA THROUGH PROVIDING SUPPORT TO OVERSEAS PROJECTS OR BY OTHERWISE PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF AID AND SUPPORT
