THE PURPOSE OF THE “I WILL TELL TRUST” IS TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT ESPECIALLY IN SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND AROUND THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO: - ADVANCING THE CHRISTIAN FAITH BY USING FILM, MUSIC, CREATIVE WRITING, GAMING, RADIO AND OTHER CREATIVE MEDIA (IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CHARITY’S STATEMENT OF FAITH); - PROMOTING HUMAN RIGHTS (RIGHTS THAT ARE RECOGNISED IN LAW AS CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) THROUGHOUT THE WORLD BY: RAISING AWARENESS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES; PROMOTING PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS; AND PROMOTING RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS. - PROMOTING THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC, ESPECIALLY SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND HELP MEET THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE USE OF CREATIVE MEDIA; - ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF FILM, MUSIC, CREATIVE WRITING, GAMING RADIO AND OTHER CREATIVE MEDIA; - ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH; - RELIEVING THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL SICKNESS OF PERSONS BY THE PROVISION OF CHRISTIAN COUNSELLING/ COACHING; - ADVANCING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PEOPLE IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, INCLUDING BY: 1. AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TENABLE AT ANY UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OR INSTITUTION OF HIGHER OR FURTHER EDUCATION; 2. PROVIDING THE FUNDS TO UNDERTAKE TRAVEL IN FURTHERANCE OF THAT EDUCATION.
