1) TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE KAMPONG THOM PROVINCE IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND HELP MEET THEIR NEEDS IN TERMS OF HEALTH PROMOTION AND ENGLISH TEACHING. THIS IS TO ENSURE THAT THESE INTERVENTIONS BECOME SUSTAINABLE SO THAT THE COMMUNITY IS ABLE TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY REGARDING DELIVERING THESE INTERVENTIONS AND ENCOURAGING OF THE MATERIAL IN THESE INTERVENTIONS. 2) TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY: (A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE IN SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES. (B) THE PROMOTION OF SUSTAINABLE MEANS OF ACHIEVING ECONOMIC GROWTH AND REGENERATION. 3) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN SUBJECTS RELATING TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND THE PROTECTION ENHANCEMENT AND REHABILITATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT, AND TO PROMOTE STUDY AND RESEARCH IN SUCH SUBJECTS PROVIDED THAT THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH STUDY ARE DISSEMINATED TO THE PUBLIC AT LARGE. SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT MEANS DEVELOPMENT WHICH MEETS THE NEEDS OF THE PRESENT WITHOUT COMPROMISING THE ABILITY OF FUTURE GENERATIONS TO MEET THEIR OWN NEEDS. 4) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES, AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS. 5) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECTS OF HEALTH PROMOTION AND ENGLISH. 6) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS ATTENDING 6 SCHOOLS IN KAMPONG THOM PROVINCE INCLUDING SANDAN PRIMARY SCHOOL, SAMRET PRIMARY SCHOOL, KAMPONG TABEN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL, CHHEUTEAL PRIMARY SCHOOL, TOUL VEANG PRIMARY SCHOOL BY PROVIDING ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOLS.
