1. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION 1.1 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF THE LIFE AND WRITINGS OF MARY WOLLSTONECRAFT, THE EIGHTEENTH CENTURY PHILOSOPHER 1.2 FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PEOPLE IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TENABLE AT ANY UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OR INSTITUTION OF HIGHER OR FURTHER EDUCATION IN THE STUDY OF MARY WOLLSTONECRAFT'S WRITINGS ON EQUALITY AND THE ADVANTAGES OF DIVERSITY. 1.3 FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE LEARNING FOR PLEASURE BY PEOPLE IN FULL AND PART TIME EMPLOYMENT AND THOSE NO LONGER IN FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT THROUGH THE CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND UNDERSTANDING IN SUBJECTS OF EDUCATIONAL VALUE RELATING TO EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY. 2. THE ADVANCEMENT OF CITIZENSHIP 2.1 BY THE STUDY AND LEARNING OF THE WORKS OF MARY WOLLSTONECRAFT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO FURTHER CITIZENSHIP IN THE COMMUNITY OF STOKE NEWINGTON AND SUCH OTHER PLACES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE. 2.2 BY PROMOTING LECTURES OR PROMOTING ESSAY COMPETITIONS ON THE EXAMPLE OF CITIZENSHIP PROVIDED BY THE LIFE OF MARY WOLLSTONECRAFT 3. THE ADVANCEMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT 3.1 BY WORKING IN THOSE COMMUNITIES THAT MARY WOLLSTONECRAFT LIVED AND WORKED INCLUDING, BUT NOT TO THE EXCLUSION OF OTHERS, STOKE NEWINGTON IN LONDON, TO FOSTER AND ENCOURAGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE EXAMPLE OF HER WORK AND WRITINGS. 4. THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ARTS, CULTURE AND HERITAGE 4.1 TO ENHANCE THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF STOKE NEWINGTON, AND OTHER PLACES WITH WHICH MARY WOLLSTONECRAFT IS ASSOCIATED WITH, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE COMMISSIONING OF PUBLIC WORKS OF ART INCLUDING SCULPTURES, PAINTINGS AND INSTALLATIONS FOR DISPLAY OR INSTALLATION WHETHER TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT IN PUBLIC PLACES OR BUILDINGS TO WHICH THE PUBLIC HAS REASONABLE ACCESS. 4.2 BY THE DELIVERY OF LECTURES AND THEATRICAL PRESENTATIONS TO CELEBRATE THE HERITAGE OF MARY WOLLSTONECRAFT'S LIFE. 5. THE PROMOTION OF RELIGIOUS AND RACIAL HARMONY 5.1 BY LECTURES, PUBLICATIONS AND THE PROMOTION OF WRITING COMPETITIONS TO BENEFIT THE PUBLIC ENCOURAGING A WIDER UNDERSTANDING OF MARY WOLLSTONECRAFT'S LIFE AND EXAMPLE. 5.2 BY LECTURES, PUBLICATIONS AND THE PROMOTION OF WRITING COMPETITIONS TO BENEFIT THE PUBLIC ENCOURAGING A WIDER UNDERSTANDING OF MARY WOLLSTONECRAFT'S FAITH 6. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY 6.1 BY ENCOURAGING MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC IN THE STUDY OF MARY WOLLSTONECRAFT'S WRITINGS AND BY AN EXAMINATION OF CONTEMPORARY AND SUBSEQUENT WRITINGS COMMENTING ON HER LIFE AND WORKS TO FOSTER FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PUBLICATIONS, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ELECTRONIC AN INTEREST IN UNDERSTANDING THE BENEFITS OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY IN THE SCHOOLS, THE COMMUNITY, AND IN EMPLOYMENT. 6.2 BY THE PUBLIC DISPLAY OF ARTWORKS ENCOURAGED OR COMMISSIONED FOR THIS PURPOSE, TO DEMONSTRATE THE VALUE OF THE COMMUNITY THAT VALUES EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY. 6.3 TO PROMOTE EQUAL PAY IN ALL AREAS OF WORK AND THE EQUAL TREATMENT OF MEN WITH WOMEN.
