For the public benefit, the advancement of health or the saving of lives for those living in Bedfordshire by addressing physical & mental health and wellbeing in the community through providing (a) sporting facilities (b) health & nature-based wellbeing programmes and (c) community welfare projects; for individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large with the object of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants and to advance social welfare more broadly, enhancing the quality of life for the local community.
