The charity is established for public benefit to (1) provide full public access to a heritage site; and (2) provide the general public with access to works of artistic merit. The charity aims to restore Spilsby Sessions House - an iconic Lincolnshire landmark of local and national significance - and to bring people together in a celebration of arts, heritage and community.
