EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT HUMAN RIGHTS, B. CONTRIBUTING TO THE SOUND ADMINISTRATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS LAW, C. COMMENTING ON PROPOSED HUMAN RIGHTS LEGISLATION D.
