THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (OBJECTS) ARE: 3.1.1 TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RITES AND PRACTICES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND INCLUDING THROUGH THE PROMOTION OF THE MISSION AND MINISTRY, CHARITABLE WORK, OBJECTS AND PURPOSES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND, IN PARTICULAR IN RELATION TO ITS MISSION OF MEETING HOUSING NEEDS FOR THE POOREST AND MOST MARGINALISED IN SOCIETY. 3.1.2 TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF CHARITIES WHICH ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RITES AND PRACTICES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND OTHER RESOURCES TO ENABLE THEIR EFFECTIVE USE OF CHARITABLE LAND, PROPERTY AND OTHER ASSETS IN FURTHERANCE OF THE MISSION AND CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND. 3.2 IN CLAUSE 3.1.2 ABOVE, ADVICE AND OTHER RESOURCES INCLUDES: 3.2.1 BRINGING TOGETHER RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE AND CHURCH OF ENGLAND CHARITIES; 3.2.2 SUPPORTING COLLABORATION AND DEVELOPING GOOD PRACTICE; 3.2.3 OFFERING SERVICES THAT PROVIDE SPECIALIST ADVICE AND ACCESS TO RELEVANT CONNECTIONS; 3.2.4 SIGNPOSTING TO AVAILABLE GRANTS FOR SPECIFIC CHARITABLE PROJECTS (SUCH AS ALMS HOUSE DEVELOPMENT); 3.2.5 HOSTING AND COORDINATING DIALOGUE AND COLLABORATION WITH RELEVANT GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS TO ENSURE THE RIGHT FRAMEWORKS AND SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO CHURCH OF ENGLAND CHARITIES. 3.3 IN THESE ARTICLES, CHARITABLE MEANS CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES PROVIDED THAT IT WILL NOT INCLUDE ANY PURPOSE WHICH IS NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND / OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, THE SYSTEM OF LAW GOVERNING THE CONSTITUTION OF THE CHARITY IS THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
