Care Now Volunteers is for people to volunteer in Care Homes across Cornwall. Via outreach programme we connect with those harder to reach people in the community and make volunteering accessible to those with disabilities and learning differences. Care Now Volunteers knits together parts of the community that might have only coexisted without the networking and opportunities we've created.
