For the public benefit to relieve the needs of those in need by reason of substance addiction and their carers/family/friends in Teesside, through; a) Access peer support by telephone, online or in community venues b) Liaising with professionals/organisations and more complex support when needed c) Raising Public Awareness on Addiction d) Providing safe and sustainable housing.
