For the public benefit to relieve the needs of those in need by reason of addiction to drugs and/or alcohol and their carers/family members/friends in Hartlepool and surrounding areas, primarily through; a) Access peer support by telephone, online or in community venues b) Liaising with professionals/organisations and more complex support when needed c) Raising Public Awareness on Addiction
