To relieve the needs of individuals in Hackney and the surrounding areas who are in need by reason of youth, ill-health, disability, financial hardship, poor educational attainment or lack of access to educational programmes, in particular by providing tailored educational programmes, training, mentoring and supported work experience in the creative industries.
