1. to advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music in all its aspects, including through the presentation of public events 2. To provide free and low cost instrumental rental, tuition and guidance to engage and encourage more people of all ages to play a brass instrument in the context of a traditional brass band.
