The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation for the benefit of the inhabitants in Preston of Lancashire and surrounding areas by the provision of facilities for playing rugby union. To relieve the poverty of young people in Preston of Lancashire and surrounding areas to enable them to participate in healthy recreational activities that they could not otherwise afford.
