Inner Peace Foundation delivers wellbeing education, Mental health support and practical support to individuals and families across England and Wales through Yoga and Meditation. We run workshops, online sessions and community outreach to promote emotional resilience and healthy living, and provide targeted food support for those experiencing financial hardship.
