To relieve the needs of those people, primarily, but not limited to, older people aged 60 plus, who are in need by reason of their poverty or financial hardship, age, disability, ill-health, or poor housing conditions, in particular for those with a strong local connection to Framlingham or the abutting villages, by providing Suitable, safe, and adapted almshouses accommodation.
