Clause 6 of the Scheme dated 14 November 1978 to be amended to:
6. Area of benefit. ? In this Scheme the expression ?the area of benefit? shall mean the area of the Parishes of Calne Town, Derry Hill and Studley, Bremhill, Heddington, Hilmarton, Compton Bassett and Cherhill, all in the County of Wiltshire.
Clause 34 of the Scheme dated 14 November 1978 to be amended to:
34. Qualifications of almspeople. - The almspeople shall be persons in need and of good character who (except in special cases to be approved by the Commissioners) are resident in the area of benefit at the time of appointment.
