THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY SUCH YEARLY SUM AS THEY THINK FIT BEING NOT MORE THAN TWO THIRDS OF THE SAID NET INCOME IN PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF A KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR THE WIDECOMBE IN THE MANOR COUNTY PRIMARY SCHOOL AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED UPON BETWEEN THE AUTHORITY AND THE TRUSTEES. THE RESIDUE OF THE NET INCOME OF THE FOUNDATION SHALL BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS NOT EXCEEDING TWENTY FIVE YEARS OF AGE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF WIDECOMBE IN THE MOOR WHO, IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES, ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (1) THE PROVISION OF EXHIBITIONS TENABLE FOR SECONDARY OR FURTHER EDUCATION. (2) ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TO ENTER A PROFESSION TRADE OR CALLING. (3) OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING OF BENEFICIARIES. FOR PERSONS NOT EXCEEDING 25 YEARS OF AGE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH AND IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
