B) TO ADVANCE ART AND EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROMOTION OF THE PUBLIC'S APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS INCLUDING THROUGH THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC WORKS OF ART. (C) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE STUDY OF AND ENQUIRY INTO THE ATTACKS ON THE WORLD TRADE CENTRE ON 11 SEPTEMBER 2001, THE PREVENTION OF TERRORISM, CONFLICT PREVENTION AND THE PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN GENERAL. (D) PROMOTING GOOD CITIZENSHIP BY COMMEMORATING THOSE WHO ARE CAPABLE OF BEING AN INCENTIVE TO HEROIC AND NOBLE DEEDS. (E) TO RELIEVE THE SICK, TO PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH AND TO RELIEVE THOSE IN FINANCIAL NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING SUPPORT, SUCCOUR, GUIDANCE AND ASSISTANCE GENERALLY TO THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY THE TERRORIST ATTACKS ON NEW YORK ON 11 SEPTEMBER 2001 OR MAY BE SO AFFECTED IN THE FUTURE.
