1 TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PHYSICAL DISABILITY AND PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH BY SUPPORTING THE NUFFIELD ORTHOPAEDIC CENTRE AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, BY ASSISTING IN THE RAISING AND PROVISION OF FUNDS FOR NEW BUILDINGS, FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT. 2 TO ADVANCE RESEARCH (AND THE DISSEMINATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS THEREOF), TEACHING AND STUDY IN ALL ASPECTS OF MUSCULAR SKELETAL DISORDER FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
