TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE DISTRICT OF SAN FRANCISCO LIBRE(WHATEVER ITS AREA FOR THE TIME BEING) NICARAGUA OR FOR SOME OR ALL OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE DISTRICT OR OF ANY PART OF THE DISTRICT AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DISCRETION SELECT AND THINK FIT WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN SO FAR AS SUCH PURPOSES ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
