(A)TO RELIEVE HARDSHIP, NEED AND DISTRESS AMONGST THOSE WHO ARE HOMELESS, IN PARTICULAR YOUNG PEOPLE OF THE GAES 16-25 YEARS. (B)TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC CONCERNING THE HOMELESS AND INADEQUATELY HOUSED.
