(1) TO ACQUIRE AND MAINTAIN FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE HOUSE KNOWN AS BURTON CONSTABLE HALL NEAR HULL NORTH HUMBERSIDE HU11 4CN TOGETHER WITH THE CONTENTS THEREOF AND THE LAND AND ESTATE APPURTENANT THERETO AND TO CONSERVE THE SAME AND MAKE THEM AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC (2) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND OF RELIGION AND SUCH OTHER PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE
