(A) IN THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PREMISES OF ANY PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL NOT PROVIDED BY A LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF PATTINGHAM (B) IN ASSISTING PUPILS TO ATTEND SCHOOLS, INSTITUTIONS, OR TRAVELLING, OR BY PROVIDING THEM WITH MAINTENANCE ALLOWENCES FOR BOYS OR GIRLS RESIDENT IN THE SAID PARISH, WHO, IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES, ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 11 OF SCHEME)
