(A)FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR TRUSTS WHETHER IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME SELECT AND (B)WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE LAST MENTIONED PURPOSES FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHICH: (1)ARE NOT MAINTAINED WITHIN THE MEANING ASCRIBED TO THAT EXPRESSION BY SECTION 114(2) OF THE EDUCATION ACT 1944 BUT (11)ARE CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS OR ARE SUBJECT TO TRUSTS OF AN EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE NATURE.
