(2) IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME CANNOT BE APPLIED FOR OBJECT (1) IT MAY BE APPLIED IN THE SUPPORT OF OTHER CHARITIES THAT WORK WITH THE DISADVANTAGED AND DISABLED THROUGH THE USE OF HORTICULTURE AND/OR ANIMALS.
