1. TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE BENEFICIARIES OF SEACHANGE DEVON, A REGISTERED CHARITY, (FORMERLY THE BUDLEIGH SALTERTON HOSPITAL) TO IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH AND WELLBEING.
2. TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING NEEDS IN THE WIDER COMMUNITY WHICH MAY LIE OUTSIDE THE REMIT OF SEACHANGE DEVON.
