Charitable objects
1) THE RESTORATION, REPAIR, RENEWAL, IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH OF ST KENELM IN THE PARISH OF ALDERLEY AND OF THE EXISTING FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT CONTAINED THEREIN. 2) THE PROVISION OF SUCH NEW FURNITURE AND FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT OF THE SAID CHURCH AS THE ASSOCIATION THROUGH ITS COUNCIL SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DECIDE.
