TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF WOMEN WHO OFFEND. 3. TO COMMISSION OR CONDUCT RESEARCH INTO THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MEASURES FOR THE TREATMENT OF WOMEN WHO OFFEND AND TO PUBLISH THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
