(A) IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING AT THE SCHOOL SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE GOVERNORS; (B) IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS AT THE SCHOOL AND FORMER SUCH PUPILS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
