THE OBJECTS ARE TO ASSIST AND PROVIDE, TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE CIVIL PARISH OF PENN AND THE WARD OF TYLERS GREEN, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES SEE FIT:
1. SERVICES FOR THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS, DISTRESS AND HARDSHIP.
2. THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS.
