FOR THE RELIEF OF PERSONS RESIDING WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF NORTHAMPTON WHO SUFFER FROM DISEASES OF THE HEART, THE FURTHERANCE OF RESEARCH INTO DISEASES OF THE HEART AND THE PURCHASE OF MEDICAL OR OTHER EQUIPMENT FOR USE IN THE TREATMENT THEREOF IN SUCH MANNER AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION THINK FIT.
