(1) TO PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL CARE FOR ELDERLY MEN AND WOMEN INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) THOSE WHO HAVE LIVED IN OR HAVE CONNECTION WITH FORMBY OR THE SURROUNDING AREA (2) TO ESTABLISH MAINTAIN AND OPERATE FOR THE ABOVE PURPOSE A HOME (3) TO UNDERTAKE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE WORK WHATSOEVER TO ASSIST INJURED OR DISTRESSED PERSONS HANDICAPPED BY AGE AND PHYSICAL DISABILITY OR FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY
