Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTAIN RELIGION AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE CHURCH OF ST MARY THE VIRGIN IN THE PARISH OF LANGHAM IN THE DIOCESE OF CHELMSFORD IN PARTICULAR BY (1) THE MAINTENANCE REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE FABRIC FITTINGS AND ORNAMENTS OF THE SAID CHURCH AND ALL BUILDINGS IN ITS GROUNDS AND THE PARSONAGE HOUSE AND ITS GROUNDS AND (11) ANY OTHER ECCLESIASTICAL PURPOSE IN FURTHERANCE OF THE WORK OF THE SAID CHURCH IN SUCH A MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT.PROVIDED THAT THE TRUST FUND SHALL AT ALL TIMES BE USED OR PAID OR APPLIED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
