THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) NAMELY FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR TOWARDS SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DISCRETION DECIDE BEING PURPOSES OR INSTITUTIONS WHICH ARE RECOGNISED BY LAW OF ENGLAND AS CHARITABLE PROVIDED THAT (HAVING REGARD TO THE FACT THAT FUNDS WHICH IT IS EXPECTED WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE CHARITY WERE RAISED WITH THIS IN MIND)THE TRUSTEES SHALL (WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) WHEN CONSIDERING THE APPLICATION OF ANY PART OF THE TRUST FUND OR ITS INCOME CONSIDER WHETHER IT MIGHT MOST APPROPRIATELY BE PAID TO OR APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CHARITY REFRESH LIMITED (REGISTERED CHARITY NO 295874) WHICH WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL PROVISION FOR (INTER ALIA) CHARITABLE ESTABLISHMENTS DESIGNED OR ADAPTED FOR THE ACCOMMODATION OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM RESIDUAL RESPIRATORY PARALYSIS CONSEQUENT UPON POLIOMYELITIS OR OTHER CRIPPLING DISEASES.
