3) TO RELIEVE THOSE WHO ARE POOR, IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OR WHO ARE AGED OR SICK.
4) TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS AS THE COUNCIL SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
