THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN THE CONDITIONS SPECIFIED IN OBJECT 1. AND THE NEEDS AND PROBLEMS EXPERIENCED BY SUFFERERS FROM THE CONDITION.
