TO PROMOTE, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR IMPROVING THE EDUCATIONAL, LEISURE, RECREATIONAL AND SUPPORTIVE FACILITIES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF CHIPPING CAMPDEN AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, WITH SPECIAL REGARD TO THE NEEDS OF THE YOUNG, THE ELDERLY, THE DISADVANTAGED AND THE DISABLED.
