TO RELIEVE DISABLED PERSONS IN SUCH WAYS,BEING EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE IN LAW,AS THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE HEREINAFTER CONSTITUTED SHALL DETERMINE,PARTICULARLY,BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING,BY THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND BY THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE AND RELIEF TO THEIR CARERS.
